Today I had my first appointment with Family Physiotherapy Clinic for a shoulder and arm pain and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The receptionist was welcoming, friendly, and made the check-in process easy. The physiotherapist, Julianna Chan ,took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. I was really impressed with the professionalism and care I received. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality physiotherapy. Thank you for such a positive first experience

Best physiotherapy clinic in the GTA! From the moment I walked into Family Physiotherapy (3075 14th Ave, #226 in Markham, ON) I knew I had made the right choice. The office is immaculate, bright and the receptionists are always welcoming with warm greetings. The friendly atmosphere is very much appreciated and the approachability takes away any anxiety or apprehension for first-time physiotherapy clients such as myself.

After receiving midfoot fusion surgery, I was in need of physiotherapy and Julianna Chan has been the key factor in helping me regain my mobility, balance and strength. Julianna approaches every session with professionalism, kindness and patience. She makes sure I am comfortable at each stage of the journey and ensures I am provided with as much information/guidance as I need. Appointments are always on time and the expansive availability for future appointments is very convenient.

Julianna excels in customizing and adapting the regimen to my level despite my physical limitations and weaknesses. I benefited greatly from her thorough explanations about the mechanisms and reasons for doing the specific exercises. Her continuous encouragement made sure I kept my motivation to stick to the program she had set out for my recovery.

Thanks to Julianna Chan and the entire staff at Family Physiotherapy, I have fully regained my independence and my ability to function at the same level I was at before my foot surgery.

Julianna provided me with a wealth of information and knowledge that I will continue to use for my strengthening, balance and complete recovery. Thank you so much, Julianna!

Recently finished up some treatment with Julianna Chan Physiotherapist for tendonitis in the right elbow and once that got better it revealed underlying neck tension which she was also able to help me with. I was good with doing my exercises as I know this is an integral part of Physiotherapy. Im just so thrilled with everything at the clinic, front desk staff is lovely and the direct billing really takes the headache away from dealing with insurance. Julianna you are my Hero!

Went to see Julianna and she helped me with my sciatic nerve pain. She provided an effective treatment plan that supported my recovery. I also sprained my ankle, and she was incredibly helpful throughout that process. I wouldn’t have made it through my volleyball season without her. Highly recommend her to all my friends and family!
