TRIGGER FINGER

The muscles of your hand perform a number of different movements. But for the most part we notice that they bend and straighten your fingers. You can normally do this thousands of times a day and never notice that not all of these muscles are actually in your hand.

How to run injury free

Some may think running is not an exact science: just pick up a pair of (brightly-coloured) running shoes and…go. However, poor running form can lead to injuries down the road, much like how riding a bike with misaligned wheels will eventually wear down the bike and the rider

Peter reduced the pain in my arm tremendously after my first session with him. He identified the root cause of my pain. Before I saw Peter, I was really worried as I was going on a trip; after two visits with Peter, I felt confident going on my trip. Thank you, Peter!

Peter helped my mother feel some progress from her MCL sprain. More importantly, his patience and care, answering all her questions and sharing his advice in a professional and kind manner really gave her hope in recovery. And he speaks Cantonese which helped with my mother’s communication. Peter is great. So thankful we crossed paths

Ten years ago, I was treated by Peter at Family Physiotherapy after a broken wrist. He worked diligently with me to get the mobility back. Fast forward to a few months ago, when I was having knee issues Peter immediately came to mind, as he'd helped me so much previously. Peter is exceptional. He is totally focused on providing the best course of treatment. He's professional yet friendly and keeps you motivated to do all that he recommends.

The clinic itself is well run, the receptionists extremely efficient and polite.

I would highly recommend seeing Peter at this clinic. Through his commitment to excellence, he's gotten me more mobility back than I could ever have hoped for.

Five star scale is too small because I would gladly give 10. Fixing my shoulder was expected. However Peter and Shefali, by taking the time to explain joint mechanics and asking key questions, figured out behaviors that I can easily change to avoid unnecessary strain to the area I know I am susceptible to injure. Moreover, the communication between them was excellent (they covered each other during vacation). It was truly like having the same physiotherapist for the duration of the therapy.

Peter is very professional. I appreciated the thorough consultation to understand the problem I was having with my shoulder. He put me on a great strength building regimen from pain management to re-strengthening muscles. The sequence of prescribed exercises with accompanying videos helped to speed up recovery. I am very happy to recommend if you are looking to get better soon!
