Time to Shop for a Backpack

As summer comes to an end and the first day of school creeps closer, parents everywhere are gearing up for the inevitable back to school shopping spree. It's a rite of passage, really, as we rush from store to store, checking off the never-ending list of required supplies.

Backpacks aren't as simple

There's more to involved in choosing a backpack than shopping for pencils and pens. Logos and colours are nice, but how the bag is built is more important. Students come in different sizes and backpacks do as well. But there's more to it than just how big is the bag. How it's carried, how it's packed and supporting straps all become important to reduce the chance of neck, back and shoulder pain.

How to Choose a Backpack

Are you wondering how to choose the right backpack? Whether it's for you or your child, it shouldn't be based only on what looks good.  An appropriately sized backpack can prevent shoulder, neck and back pain. Click on the video to find out more.
