UPDATE May 1st 2021
Regulated health professional services, including physiotherapy and massage therapy, have been deemed to be an essential service by the Chief Medical Officer of Ontario. In person assessment and treatments will continue to be provided even during the provincial state of emergency lockdown that begins on Thursday January 14th.
Regulated health professionals are now permitted to provide regular care in clinic with appropriate physical distancing, personal protective equipment and policies in place.
Physical distancing strategies will change the day to day procedures you are used to seeing in the clinic. A summary of these changes that you can expect can be found by clicking here.
During this short period of time, our team of professionals encourages you to continue with your individualized treatment plan that you were given, which may have included home exercises and stretches.
For those who prefer limiting exposure, virtual treatments and assessments will continue.
If you do have questions about your personalized treatment plan, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
If you are not currently a patient but would like to become one, we would be happy to schedule you in for a consultation with one of our rehab professionals. In clinic and virtual appointments can be arranged. If you have questions, one of our team members would be happy to reach out to you to discuss your situation.
Changes to routine care have been made to ensure the continued health and safety of our community and team.
Online sessions will continue for those that prefer receiving care and personalized guidance from home.
We’ve enhanced our disinfection protocols to meet or exceed our provincial requirements.
