Not all heros wear capes. Essential workers have been there for us wave after wave. From healthcare workers to custodians, lab technicians to cashiers, public facing or behind the scenes, we’ve felt your stress and want to thank you.
Hero Contest Rules
During the months of May, June and July, Family Physiotherapy will be accepting nominations for local heros. 3 winners will be awarded a one hour free massage at our clinic.
Nominees must be frontline healthcare or essential workers AND must be residents of Ontario. Nominations can be submitted using the form below or by emailing the required information to info@familyphysiotherapy.com and will be accepted up until:
Friday May 21st at 5pm for the May draw Friday June 18th at 5pm for the June draw Friday July 23rd at 5pm for the July draw
Nomination finalists will be posted in clinic and on social media (last names omitted for privacy). Winners will be chosen through online and in clinic voting among patients and a panel of 3 elected judges from the Family Physiotherapy team.
Voting will take place during the last week of the month and winners will be chosen and announced.
Winners will need to be able to attend an in-person massage therapy session at the clinic following our usual procedures for massage therapy sessions which includes completion of our clinic intake form.
