Golfer's Elbow Exercises
Pain on the inside of your elbow can limit you from doing simple things like lifting your groceries, shaking hands or carrying your drink. These muscles can get overused by these activities as well as computer and phone use.
The table on the right shows some exercises to start treating the problem muscles. These exercises are often the first step to healing. When these are the right exercises, you'll notice your pain is reducing.
