Marven Bani (BSc Hons, MScPT, PT)
Chris Chee (BSc (Hons.), MScPT, Dip. Manip. PT, FCAMPT )
Chris graduated with honours from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology before graduating from the University of Toronto with a Masters of Science degree in Physiotherapy. Chris continues to pursue post-graduate studies and has successfully challenged his Advanced Diploma in Manual and Manipulative therapy from the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Tanya Kestenberg (MSc.PT, Cert. Manip. PT)
Tanya is a McMaster University Honours Kinesiology graduate. She completed her Master’s degree in physiotherapy at the University of Toronto. Tanya’s assessment and treatment approach is rooted deeply in the field on manual therapy.
Susan Leung (BSc HKin, MScPT, Cert. Manip. PT)
Susan graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Kinesiology prior to obtaining her Masters in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University. Susan had planned on becoming a physiotherapist ever since she was a teenager, after sustaining multiple injuries herself.
Peter Poon (BSc. (Hons.), MSc. PT, Dip. Manip. PT, FCAMPT )
Peter graduated from Queen’s University with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy. He also holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, Psychology and Physiology from the University of Toronto and is fluent in Cantonese.
Darryl Viegas (BSc.PT, Dip. Manip. PT, FCAMPT)
Darryl graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours degree in Physiology in 1999 and continued his studies at U of T graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. He has been working since 2002 in the field of orthopaedics treating everything including complex spinal injuries to sports injuries for national and occasional athletes, and repetitive strain injuries from work and play.
Alex Matyashin (BSc. RAc., RMT)
Alex is a CDI College Honours Massage Therapy program graduate. Alex believes that massage therapy is a multidimensional method which is simultaneously an art and science, combining the classically accepted ideology of the past with modern medical concepts.
Leylya Zelikson (RMT)
Leylya has been a registered massage therapist for the past 5 years. She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH). Leylya enjoys working with a wide variety of clients and is fluent in Russian and English.
Dr. Adam James Amodeo (BSc (Hon), ND)
Adam is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. He obtained his undergraduate degree from The University of Western Ontario with an Honours Specialization in Biology. He went on to four more years of graduate studies at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Ontario.
Meet our amazing administrative team! They are your first contact point and the friendly face when you open the door. They will be assisting you with everything from booking appointments and directions to billing questions. They have a wealth of experience and are here to answer your questions and help in any way that they can.
Leah was a French Studies major at York University until she decided to pursue her strengths in office management. She joined our clinic as our manager in January 2018 after working as an Assistant Manager at a veterinary clinic for 5 years. Having a keen interest in physical fitness and a passion for the great outdoors, Leah loves to go camping, practicing some nature photography, or running through a muddy obstacle course race.
Tina T. has been a member of our administrative team since 2015, serving as assistant manager since 2016. Having completed her bachelors in Psychology, she now has plans to pursue a future in the legal field. Tina takes pride in staying fit by playing volleyball and running in her spare time. She also enjoys reading, travelling, and cats.
Alexa has been a receptionist at the clinic since February 2016. She is a fourth year Kinesiology student at York University with plans to become a Respiratory Therapist. In her spare time, Alexa enjoys hiking, yoga, exploring different cuisines and traveling.
Tina Z. started working as a receptionist in July 2018. She is a fourth year Health Studies Major at the University of Toronto Scarborough and hopes to pursue a career in the health care field in the future. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her pet bunny.
